Another full design, build and install this time for a carrot baton line. Using the existing baton machines we designed a new system for feeding them, where the unused products would go underneath and feed back onto the start again so all carrots would be used. This saved a lot of wasted time on the old system where unused crop was boxed and fed back into the start of the line again using a forklift. A tricky one to get the ideal feed rate sorted out but running nicely after that.
